Year End Real Estate Snapshot

Year End Real Estate Snapshot

What a year!

The numbers are in and it is surprising.  We see the number of closed sales went down, however, the average sales price went up.  This is great for sellers!  The time it takes to sell the home is also gone down and it means a quick move.  Buyers are paying more per square foot.   There are many instances where they paid over asking in multiple offers situations.
